Position Overview

Paradigm Digital Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Fishers, IN. This position requires 3-5+ years of full-time experience, and growth is possible in larger client management roles. You will work with an experienced team of digital marketers, other coordinators and specialists, and in-house video content producers.

Our Digital Marketing Specialist must be highly proficient in writing, editing, and executing effective content across our client websites, social media networks, website blogs, and email marketing and nurturing campaigns. This is a highly collaborative position, and you will work directly with the CMO and Digital and Social Media Managers.  The salary range is based on qualified experience and we prefer a minimum of three (3) or more years to enter this position. You will be directly handling client accounts and responsible for the monthly tasks, with face-to-face interaction, so client service skills are a must!

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain regular communication with multiple clients on a weekly basis
  • Create, manage, and maintain a monthly content calendar, schedule and produce the content necessary to publish
  • Research, develop and write relevant topics for website and social media content
  • Create monthly blogs incorporating on-page, local and technical SEO
  • Create and manage email campaigns for remarketing leads
  • Understanding and proficient use of Google Analytics 4
  • Understanding and use of Search Console and Moz for data analysis
  • Manage, optimize, update, and edit websites in WordPress and Elementor
  • Full understanding of Yoast Premium
  • Responsible for technical SEO related to websites, YouTube, and Vimeo
  • Collaborate with the in-house video department to create video content
  • Responsible for client monthly reporting in Google Looker Studio, analysis of data, performance and effectiveness

Job Requirements

  • Able to drive to Fishers, IN office – this is not remote or hybrid
  • Four-year degree, BA preferred, related to marketing industry
  • 3-5+ years of industry experience
  • Full understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Looker Studio
  • Skilled in writing and conducting on-page SEO optimization – writing is important
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite Programs and Microsoft Office Products
  • Proficient with WordPress, Elementor, Unbounce (or other landing page platforms), Moz (or similar SEO platform tools)
  • Understands the online community and can provide insight into the current platforms and any up-and-coming trends that would enhance client brand image

  • Wants exposure to a digital marketing agency and multiple client brands vs. just one company brand
  • Prefers a smaller team (14-16 people) to be exposed to many aspects of marketing in a few short months, yet enjoys a larger workforce community
  • Proven self-starter eager to pursue new challenges independently but also enjoys collaborating with other team members
  • Ability to learn quickly and multitask multiple projects
